Aino Asplund is a Finnish lawyer based in Tampere, Finland. She is specialized in corporate law and corporate governance. Aino works with wide range of assignments, and especially on corporate law and M&A matters.
Before Smartius, Aino worked as a doctoral candidate at the University of Turku. Her PhD addresses corporate governance of listed companies in Finland. Aino’s previous experience also includes working for the Finnish Tax Administration.
